Privacy Notice
Effective July 16, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Cayres Labs LLC handles personal information when you use TallyFelt. TallyFelt is offered in the United States to people aged 18 or older.

1. Information we handle

2. Payments and service providers
Stripe provides hosted checkout and subscription-management services. Stripe processes payment and checkout information under its own privacy practices. Cayres Labs does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through TallyFelt.
Cloudflare provides the Worker, static-site, and key-value infrastructure used to deliver TallyFelt and maintain entitlement records. We may also use email providers to receive and respond to support requests. We share information with service providers only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
3. Local storage and browser controls
TallyFelt uses local storage rather than a customer account for certain browser-local settings, practice data, and a cached license key. You can clear local storage through your browser settings; doing so can remove local progress and require you to enter your license key again. Clearing browser data does not cancel a Stripe subscription or erase records held by Stripe or Cayres Labs.
4. Retention
We retain browser-local data until you clear it. We retain entitlement and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, resolve support and payment matters, maintain security and legal records, and comply with law. We may retain limited information longer where required or permitted for these purposes.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and verification of your request. California residents may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through TallyFelt. To make a request, email contact@cayreslabs.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
6. Security, age, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no internet service is perfectly secure. TallyFelt is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this Notice as our Service or legal obligations change; the effective date above shows when it was last revised.
